I am not able to share specific SEO work samples, I have experience with all of the following:

• Keyword Research: Maybe your website has a lot of content, but it is just not showing up on Google. Let’s do keyword research to find out what your audience is searching for and then build content around that. Using tools like SEMRush, Moz, and Google Search Console we can see what keywords your competitors are using, and we can also see where you’re ranking for terms you want to rank for. We can then pick which keywords are best for your website and utilize them properly to find you new customers.

• SEO Strategy Creation: SEO is a multi-pronged strategy that requires all prongs to be maintained well. I can make sure we work to create new content, share it to get backlinks, and staying current with technical issues to help your overall SEO score. SEO is a long-term digital marketing strategy that often has the highest ROI. However, it takes time for your results to appear.

• SEO Content Audit and Optimization: I worked on a website for a basement restoration company. The keyword that appeared them highest in the search results was “what kind of furnace was in the movie home alone?” The link lead to a blog written in 2015 that was less than 50 words. While it was easily found, it did not encourage customers to continue onto their site and learn about their basement services. A comprehensive content audit marks which blogs or pages should be redirected (because you never want to delete content), which can be optimized to include keywords and more content to entice customers, and what blog topics are you missing that can be written later.

• Review Management and Backlink Auditing: Your SEO score is also determined by your website’s reputation. Which websites see you as a quality source of information? The more websites that link to your website, the better you look. However, the quality of the links matter. If 100 porn sites link to you, that does not look good for your website. If news organizations are linking to your website, then that’s a great way to build a reputation. The sites that link to you are called backlinks and using SEMrush, I can do a backlink audit and remove some of these sketchy links to help improve your reputation. Customer reviews also play a big role. While you can’t remove a bad review, I can help manage your reviews and social media pages. Google likes to see Google Business Page owners interacting with customers. By simply responding to reviews, you can make a big difference.

• SEO Reporting: I can create monthly or quarterly reports using GA4 to see how your website’s performance is going. This reporting is not only valuable to you, but also can help shape the future of your SEO strategy.
